A KT Development, the Royal St. George at Palm Beach, located Near Palm Beach Florida, is a luxury community master planned development in the heart of one of Florida’s upscale resort communities. This fully master planned project was developed with resort style amenities that include an expansive swimming pool and jacuzzi/spa with sun decks, cabanas and grills. The grounds are adorned with jogging trails, picnic areas and romantic palm tree lighted prominades.  This community also includes and exclusive Residents Club for enjoyment, with state-of-the-art business and fitness centers, a Cyber Café and a Sports Court for Resident activities.

Masterplan.

KT Development Group provided real estate and construction management for all professional services related to this development from its beginning to its end.  Completed in 2000, The Royal St. George at Palm Beach cost $21 million in development and construction and was very intricate from site selection, due diligence and project development through entitlement, construction and tenant occupation and involved participation from a wide variety of professionals, including architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, site planners, attorneys, environmental consultants, surveyors, title companies, lenders, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors and expert sales and marketing professionals.

The Royal St. George at Palm Beach was another KT Master Planned Development with leading industry metrics in delivery, cost and quality, which added to our consistent track record of delivering fully subscribed multifamily projects on-time and on-budget.

Developer.

The development companies behind the Royal St. George Master Plan Development was KT Builders, K Realty Development and the Falcon Group (the “KT Companies”)—a group of companies that excel in coordinating and managing all aspects of master planned development projects.

Kyle Tauch.

Kyle David Tauch (kyletauch.com) is the owner and founder K Realty Development and KT Builders (and a primary investor and cofounder of The Falcon Group).  Since the inception of KT Builders and K Realty Development in 1986, Mr. Tauch has provided oversight and direction of these operations for multi-family, residential and commercial/masterplan developments and successfully led the companies to become premier developers in the region.

Throughout his career with the KT Builders, K Realty Development and The Falcon Group, together with other investments and companies which he has founded, Mr. Tauch has successfully delivered over $500 Million in Master Planned real estate and infrastructure developments that span Texas, the south eastern United States, as well as Latin America and other regions of the world. Today, Mr. Kyle Tauch continues to expand his portfolio of companies with Noble Generation, an international development company for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
